Hi! I’m Jenny, the owner and property manager for Premium Beach Condos.
My story with Premium Beach Condos began long before it had a name. In 1996, my family started taking annual vacations to Florida, never imagining that those trips would eventually turn into a lifelong passion and business. Over the years, I watched the real estate market rise and fall, and during the last recession I decided it was finally time to take the leap. That journey officially began with Calypso 508 East Tower.
What started as a single condo purchased for family vacations and rented the rest of the year gradually grew into multiple family-owned properties, along with additional homes I now manage for other owners. While Panama City Beach remains the heart of the business, I’ve also expanded into Santa Rosa Beach, allowing me to offer guests even more options along Florida’s beautiful Emerald Coast.
In 2017, I explored a new niche with the addition of Holiday House, a pet-friendly rental inspired by the adoption of our own family rescue dog. I wanted to create a space where families could bring their dogs—no matter their size or breed—because to me, pets are family too. While we do not currently offer pet-friendly rentals, we remain actively interested in adding them again whenever the right opportunity arises.
Following Hurricane Michael, Holiday House was sold in 2019, but my passion for thoughtful hospitality and exceptional guest experiences never changed. I continue to focus on creating comfortable, well-cared-for vacation homes and remain open to future growth—especially when it comes to expanding pet-friendly options.
Today, Premium Beach Condos is built on experience, personal attention, and a genuine love for Florida’s Gulf Coast. I’m proud to help families create lasting memories at the beach—just as my own family did all those years ago.

I joined Premium Beach Condos in June of 2024. It is an honor to work with, and be a part of, such an amazing team as Jenny and Chrissy, and I’m so grateful for this opportunity.
An unexpected illness, of which I’m fully recovered, led me to make some decisions about my life and my career. I wanted to enjoy life to its fullest and embrace what I was doing in my home and work life. Working with Premium Beach Condos is everything I’ve ever dreamed of, and it allows me to not only love what I’m doing, but to also help others find joy in their life by helping them find their perfect vacation getaway! I hope to bring as much joy to our guests as working with PBC has brought to me!
Hi, I’m Chrissy!
I recently joined the team at Premium Beach Condos as an Assistant Property Manager. I enjoy supporting the day-to-day operations that help keep everything running smoothly for both our guests and owners, from behind-the-scenes details to helping where needed most.
I’m naturally organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy being part of a team that truly cares about providing a great experience. Knowing that my work helps create easy, enjoyable stays for our guests is what I find most rewarding.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, getting lost in a good book, and—of course—vacationing at the beach whenever I can. I’m excited to be part of a team that helps others enjoy those same beach memories.
